Replacement of condenser water boxes, in this project we faced the challenge of wrong weight given by owner, boxes were indicated with weight of 29,000 pounds and the real weight was 58,000.00 pounds, Irontech made a strategy change and correct in place all the custom made structure to lift and move these huge boxes with limitation everywhere, most part of these limitations were lines in operation. The result a work done before any other customer during this shutdown, another proof that in our case the harder the challenge the better the results.

Irontech was main starring at the rehabilitation of the discharge channel of Costa Sur Power Plant, scope includes excavation, compaction, rebar fabrication and installation, forming, concrete pours, removal of existing steel members, fabrication and erection of FRP members. All the work done with the power plant in operation and with water temperature exceeding 120F.
